The fishing rules for 2013

Finally, the regulations for 2013 are ready. The main changes for 2013 are as follows:

• For salmon, all weight classes are included [under 3 kilos (grilse), 3 – 7 kilos and over 7 kilos] in the daily limit. Killed hen salmon and kelt that is damaged and cannot be released, are included in the daily bag limit. When the daily bag limit is met by the killing of one -1- salmon, the fishing for salmon has to stop!  Fishing for char and trout can continue within the framework of the current fishing rules after the daily salmon limit is taken. Released salmon are not included in the daily bag limit.

• Reisa River has an annual quota of five -5- salmon and includes the number of salmon killed from any weight class. Killed hen salmon and kelt that is damaged and cannot be released, are included in the annual quota.

• It is allowed to fish Char from 10 July at 10:00 - 10 August at 02:00
